Why are your prices higher than most air purifiers?
Regular air purifiers, no matter their price point, only purify the air. Depending on the filters and their quality, air purifiers remove a number of particles, allergens, bacteria, viruses and gasses from the air. ZMedicAir goes one step further! In addition to purifying the air through a series of filters, ZMedicAir devices come equipped with a patented technology that transforms the oxygen passing through into singlet oxygen. Singlet oxygen has been shown in several studies to offer health benefits and boost your body’s immune response to a variety of respiratory and chronic ailments. How long does it take before I start feeling the benefits?
ZMedicAir users have reported feeling benefits as early as overnight in cases of allergies, mild asthma and colds/flus. In cases with more severe ailments such as COPD or anemia, beneficial effects were felt by users and measured by medical professionals within a few weeks, with significant improvement within a few months.
How often do I have to change the filters?
We recommend changing your filters approximately every 12 months, depending on your daily usage.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and Amex. You can also pay with your debit/credit card or bank account via PayPal.
What currency will I be billed in?
You will be billed in US dollars, with the exception of Canadian customers who will be billed in Canadian dollars.
What’s your return policy / 30-Day Money Back Guarantee?
If you are not satisfied with your ZMedicAir device for any reason, you may contact us to initiate a return within 30 days of your purchase to receive a refund. A re-stocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the refund amount. Returns beyond 30 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Where do you ship?
We ship internationally! We primarily use UPS as our shipping partner – if UPS can get to you, then we will ship to you!
How much is shipping?
We want as many people to benefit from our technology so we’ve decided to waive shipping fees, no matter where you are located! You will however be responsible for any import or duty fees.
How long will my order take to get to me?
Orders within Canada and continental USA take between 3 and 21 business days once processed and shipped.
International orders take approximately 1 to 6 weeks.
Orders shipping to remote areas will be on a case-by-case basis, feel free to reach out to us to get an approximate.
We typically process orders within 2 business days.

How can I track my order?
